Cedric Dawnhawk Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 I reported this some time ago but it still seems to be a bug in version 8.06Make a new project. Go to Project Options | Audio tab and click on the microphone icon. In the Record Voice Comment window click Browse... and select an existing audio file. Click Save. A dialogue (file exists replace it?) appears. Say Yes.Back in the Record Voice Comment window click Record and record some sound.Click Stop then Save and Exit. Click OK in the Project Options. The file that appears in the project is the original one that was supposed to have been replaced. If you look in the folder containing the original file you will find a hidden file with a name that looks like a GUID. This contains the new recording. Quote
