(SOLVED) Login to Help...not working

Greetings,

I am trying to find a topic in the Help menu. I am logged into the Forum, no problem. However, when I try to login to Help, it does not recognize my password. I am using the same User Name and Password that I use for the Forum. When I try to do a Password update, it says it does not recognize my User Name.

I assume that logging into Help will allow a better search in Help.

Any ideas?

I don't think that Login will give you any extra search benefits.

I will ask Igor to reset your Password - I cannot do that (I don't think?).

I have been unable to log in to the forum automatically for over a month now. When I use a short-cut made when logged in, I have to add my username & password to get into the forum as a registered user, PTE isn't remembering me once I've logged off. I reported this but haven't been able to correct it, I just tolerate it.

The online help page doesn't require login. Visitors can read all articles.

Login is required only for administrator and authors who write new articles for the online help.

Thanks. I was having difficulty trying to find a topic and I thought, perhaps, logging in would help. But good to know it is not necessary.
