Guest Yachtsman1 Posted April 22, 2015 Report Posted April 22, 2015 I don't know if this is correct but this seems the correct place to check. I'm compiling a show of our bathroom makeover. I'm using some background images from the internet. I used one of them then added one of my images as a child. I haven't used blur before so I selected the background & added some blur & found my image blurred also, is this correct?Yachtsman1. Quote
PGA Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 Yes. Just like Pan, Zoom, etc,, blur is an inherited attribute. Make your image an independent object rather than a child object and you can control the blur of each separately. Quote
Guest Yachtsman1 Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 Thanks both, since posting I did do it as I wanted, however I left the thread in place in case there was a problem. I'm still rusty & this is my first attempt at a "proper" show since my op'. Should have read the manual first.Regards EricYachtsman1.PS just tried searching for "blur" in the online help but it didn't come up with P49 as Mur's post. Quote

davegee Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 The usual (common) search attributes also apply to the Online Help File:http://docs.picturestoexe.com/en/searchtips/main?s[]=searchDG Quote
