(SOLVED) - User Error...A Way to Disable Custom Transitions Checked as

In nearly every slideshow I create, I find myself having to open Transitions and uncheck "Custom Transitions." It seems there should be a user default setting capability for this. Perhaps I just can't find it....

Lin,

This box is, I believe, untcked by default in Project Options > Transitions. If you are finding it comes up ticked for you, that would suggest that you are either using a custom template in which you have ticked the box or are basing your new sequence on an existing project in which you have ticked the box.

Peter is probably right here.

I use a specific "Template for New projects" and "Custom Transitions" is unchecked when I open Project Options/Transitions.

Try opening a New Project, unchecking Custom Transitions and re-saving as your "Template for New Projects".
