trouble saving file in pte deluxe 8.0

First of all , I have been using pte 6.0 for years...got a new computer and loaded it up and it wouldn't take my old keys. So...I boughjt 8.0 upgrade and it works, but now when I save the work.and go back to it...it loads up as 6.0 and some files are missing I get a funny box that comes up

If I understood rightly this problem, a warning for missing files could appear if you save a project in version 8.0 and then open this project in the old version 6.0.
