Video Builder in V7.5.10

Hi,

I have a licensed version of PTE Deluxe, 7.5.10. When I try to make a DVD, it tells me I need to upgrade to PTE deluxe. however, I already have the dleuxe version. When I create the DVD, it gives me the trial screen.

How to I resolve this?

Try a complete uninstall using the PTE uninstaller.

Then re-install from scratch.

If you are asked for the serial, enter it.

P.S. go to help/ about and make sure that you have not opened a different version by mistake?
