Help activating - won't accept license key?

I'm having the same problems (Windows 10). I received the key by email from WinSoft. I can't copy the whole key that starts with ----KEY BEGIN---- [PTE] then a bunch of characters, then ----KEY END------ I can't copy the whole thing at once. When I copy each piece and put it in as it looks in the email, it does not work. If I just copy the [PTE] and the characters, it does not work. Any tips on what to copy and how to make this happen? Thanks.

Which version are you trying to activate?

The key that you describe is possibly for an earlier version than version 8.

Go to wnsoft.com and find the older version which suits your key or upgrade to version 8.
