Hello, just ordered pic2exe this afternoon, received the prompt email, but the attached file was stripped, and all I received in the email was a text description of the key.

Perhaps aol doesn't allow the file to be attached?? Can the key be sent to another email address?

And I am VERY ANGRY with them !!!!!

Some of my users also don't get my keys and even not my emails with keys.

Write to PTE "Support" and you'll get it in another way.

And I'm still VERY ANGRY with aol

Glad you found your way here Chris! Once you get it you will have a ton of fun! Glitches happen with everything these days because of all the spam as I already mentioned to you.

Boxig I have never seen you so angry I have some of your fantastic programmes and they usually get through on MSN and McFee should I be using AOL ????????
