scapel
When I go to preview the project, the message "error" "pictures not found" comes up. Also Sound files not found, but they are listed in the options music list. When I look in the list, the pictures are there. Why can I not preview or create project? boxig
Hi scapelPlease give more details. Usually it happens when you move your files from original folder, but in your case you say you can not create a project, which means you didn't yet arrived to the stage when you can move your files. It is not clear what you are trying to do. Or did you erase the path from "Show Image" box and leave only the file name ?
scapel
Hi scapelPlease give more details. Usually it happens when you move your files from original folder, but in your case you say you can not create a project, which means you didn't yet arrived to the stage when you can move your files. It is not clear what you are trying to do. Or did you erase the path from "Show Image" box and leave only the file name ?I open the program and I get a window that states error. Pictures not found. There is an empty box below this about 3” x3” Below that is the list of music files and an message that states files not found, but the music files are listed. Now I have previously created this program.I click on the OK box and the program loads. Now I have the program up.All my pictures are in the box and all have a check in the box to show image. The list of where the pictures came from is on the left with all the ones I have used being in bold print. When I click on preview I get the same error box that I got when I went to load.I find the file.pte and click on it but I get the error message. I am not sure how else to explain it. The full path of the file is listed in the box where the program is to be created. I had paid $24 for the program but never did get a number or code to use. Does that have anything to do with it?Should I uninstall the program and re-install it.I cleared the list and brought everything back up. I added one picture and tried to preview and got the error screen. This program was working find before I downloaded the newest version. scapel
Follow up on problem.I am now able to make a program work because I got the screen where it ask to load a key. I don't have a key, but the program is working with the note that states the message will be removed once I get a registered copy.I have applied for the key which I have already paid once for March 15, 2004.I was never sure if I had a registered copy or not, but I didn't have that message at the bottom on my other programs. Thanks for trying to help.I think I just have to wait for the key to be sent. When you click on load a key, there is a box for a file and I guess that is where you type the key number in.Joe

scapel
Joe,Did you write to support@wnsoft.com to ask your key ?First fix the registration issue and we will all help you make it work. Thanks for asking.Yes I did e-mail them and got a key. It is actually just a zip file and you launch it and you apparently are registered. The message in the porgram dissappears and the program is working well. However, When I create a program it always creates a program with a name that I previously used. I have to go to that .exe file in windows explorer and change it. In project options I change the file to be created, but it continues to create it in a previously named file. I was wondering why I have to continue to go and change the name of the file. Why won't the program create the file I want with the name I select. I can't seem to find out why this happens.I have been having this problem for some time now. I have not tried to fix it since I can easily go to the file created and change the name in windows explorer. Joe
Leif
Don't use the Create button! Use File | Save As... and File | Create Slideshow As...
