Are updates within the same version free?

Hi! I have PicturesToExe Deluxe, version 8.0.1. I see that there now is a version called 8.0.17 on the web site. Is it free for me to update? How does it work?

Updating from 8.0.1 to 8.0.17 is a free update and is advisable to take advantage of Bug Fixes etc.
