There was no file attached as indicated and there was a string of characters starting with "key"= xxxxxxx at the end of the message. Am I doing something wrong or what needs to be done to register??? Pretend I'm an idiot (which i probably am) when giving any instructions! Thanks P.S. I sent townsoft tech support for answers but have got nothing back. Is there a phone number to call to reach an actual human at wnsoft that might help me?? boxig Posted May 18, 2004 Report Share Posted May 18, 2004 Smile sigelr... and welcome.This is known problem with some servers deleting attachments or maybe Norton protection, or, even your own email program protection.Don't worry, just write again to support and you will get it soon. Igor (the author) is probably taking a nap Waiting a bit more will only make this wonderful program sweeter and there are many helpful members on this forum to help you whenever needed.
