MUR Posted January 30, 2017 Author Report Posted January 30, 2017 Hi Michael I think that it will be easier with Bezier curves, but I have had problems with the program. I can't pass this point MUR Quote
AlexRoma Posted December 6, 2019 Report Posted December 6, 2019 I know it's a 2017 post but ... it's a fantastic effect. how was it done? Quote
Lin Evans Posted December 6, 2019 Report Posted December 6, 2019 Hi Alex, It's one of the many ways PTE objects can be manipulated. Use Dave's New Years Greeting style below. No need to have an image, just apply the style to an inserted blank screen then study the Parent/Child construct in Objects and Animations. Best regards, Lin Happy New Year Style.ptestyle Quote

Lin Evans Posted December 6, 2019 Report Posted December 6, 2019 Hi Guys, Here's an example from one of my shows a few years ago. This one you may also want to study to see how the circling text was produced. The zipped archive is below the video. Just download the zip file, extract the contents into a folder and load the PTE file and look at the Objects and animations screen. Lin Evans Posted December 6, 2019 Report Posted December 6, 2019 Let me check and re-link - Just a few moments.. Best regards, Lin Sorry - had two "example" files - one capitalized and one not with different content. I renamed and the above original link should give the correct one now... Best regards, Lin Quote
stranger2156 Posted December 7, 2019 Report Posted December 7, 2019 Sorry, Lin, the contents of the archive remain the same. Best regards, Paul Quote
jmG-06100 Posted December 7, 2019 Report Posted December 7, 2019 Thank you, Lin, the example works perfectly. Stanger2156: Maybe you need to refresh your web browser and delete the cached pages, so that you get the updated contents. Quote
Lin Evans Posted December 7, 2019 Report Posted December 7, 2019 Hi Paul, I get the correct file when I download it now. It's probably as JMG said - something in the cache. I'll upload it under a different link for you below... Best regards, Lin http://www.lin-evans.org/paul/example.zip Quote
stranger2156 Posted December 7, 2019 Report Posted December 7, 2019 Thanks you, Lin, jmG-06100, I didn’t even think about the cache in the browser, the second link is fine. Best regards, Paul Quote
