Video and RTF Tutorials. The RTF Tutorials Are In English, French, German, Spanish and Russian. Google Translate So May Need Some Revision By Native Speakers:

The demo shows the opening of the wedding book with the first image coming out of the book to fill the display area. The second image is part of the style then other styles and transitions are used in the demo until the last image which goes back into the wedding book and the cover closes. Just a sample of how it works.

Lin's Wedding Style for PTE 8.ptestyle

For non-English use, the Book Spine which says "Our Wedding" is furnished also here with no words so that it's possible to replace these words with appropriate words in different languages. Also, in the first image of the flowers which also says "Our Wedding" the text can be easily replaced with your choice of words in the appropriate language. Unzip the linked file below, apply the style using three images, put text desired on zipped spine png file below, then substitute where you find "bookspine" in images two and three and export the style under a new name.

That is absolutely superb and for me has come along at the right time. Brilliant. Definitely NOT a wedding photographer, our children had got married several years ago and I had in the back of my mind of trying to put together an audio visual of those photos that are stuck in folders or albums at the bottom of the cupboard somewhere. Didn't want to use just a photo album style and this, for me, has come along at the right time and with that new slant.

Many many thanks

George

Thanks guys - see modification to my first text above. I created a linked blank spine without words so non-English use could be facilitated. For non English use, just download the zipped PNG file and modify the spine with your own choice of words - fonts, etc., then after applying the style, substitute the downloaded and modified png file containing your own language for the one named "bookspine" found under Frame2 in the second and third images and export the results under a new style name. Also, you may also simply modify the text as you choose on image one where it currently says "Our Wedding" to customize the style for any desired language.

Best regards,

Lin

Thanks Lin for this superb style!

But, how to substitute the bookspine file in Frame2 with my own file? I've found 'Frame2' and 'bookspine' in objects list in O&A, but after? What are the steps to substitute?

Bernard

Hi Bernard,

First, be certain that your bookspine.png file has the same name, transparent PNG type, size and orientation - then once you have run the style, just select the image where the spine appears in the slide list, (2nd image) go to objects and animations and click on Bookspine to select it (next to the bottom object just above bookfront),  then in the Properties Tab, click on the little down arrow next to the file name and location block, navigate to your replacement PNG file and double click it. Save and run the preview and your new bookspine will replace the original. No need to change anything in the third image because the bookspine is hidden for the book closing.

Best regards,

Lin

Hi Lin,

I'm really sorry I bothered you for so little. It was very simple and I should have found it myself! :-(
And thank you for all the styles you share (also thanks DaveGee and others members).

Best regards,

Bernard

PS : excuse my english if it's not very correct :-)

Thank you very much for helping me create a beautiful wedding album. I come from Poland, I know little English, so I use a translator. I am sorry for the difficulty.
Please tell me how to add the missing background to your wedding album design. I am attaching a skreen with the missing photo. Best wishes.

Cześć Zibi,
Przed zastosowaniem stylu musisz wybrać trzy obrazy.
Lin

Hi Zibi,
You need to select three images before applying the syle. The missing image will appear as the first image.
The third image selected will be the last image which returns to the book after the show. You can move this third image to the end of your show after applying the style and adding additional images and other styles for the main body of the show.
Best regards,
Lin

Hello Again Lin.
The whole project of creating the Wedding Album is understandable to me. I don't know how to import background photos into a rotating book. These are the first two slides and the last one.
Best regards .
