JEB
Hi, Is there any way to change an object in O&A and retain (transfer) the characteristics (Properties/Animation) from the original to the replacement? I'm using PTE9. John
davegee
Is this what you mean John: Click on "down arrow" and navigate to the new "object".
JEB
Not at my machine at moment but looks promising. Thanks
Jean-Cyprien
Hi JEB, I don't think that what you mean is possible : not from an object to an other object of the same kind ( mask to mask for example) or not from a kind to a different kind (mask to rectangle). You could only change the file of a picture (davegee above). All the characteristics will be retained (Properties/Animation) .
davegee
If you copy and paste the original and THEN change the object as I suggested above, is that not the same result? A workaround? DG
