I just sent private messages to Lin and Igor on this subject (including zip project).

It seems that PTE does not create final MP4 file, as second pass is not done.

Thanks for your message.

I confirm a problem with 2 pass encoding in v9.0.5 Beta. We vastly reworked the code to support 4K encoding.
