"Straight" vs. "Curly" Quotation Marks in PTE Text

Hello, is it possible to use "curly" quotation marks within PTE's text editor?  It seems that only basic "straight" quotes are available.  This is not a big issue, but if curly quotation marks are available, I'd like to know how to invoke them.

You can copy and paste these symbols from web browser to PTE. For example:

“Curly text”  /  ‘Text’

Hi Craig.

In Microsoft, "Straight Quotes" are the standard in the keyboard, but you can use ‘ ’ or ‘‘ ’’, with the right side ALT+9 or 0 (two times for ‘‘)
