Mick Posted July 12, 2017 Author Report Posted July 12, 2017 Hi davegee, Windows 10 is the operating system. The version is essentials 9.0.10 the programme tells me I have the latest version. It happened on two new projects and yes I have uninstalled and downloaded and again reinstalled. I have being using Pictures to exe for over 10 years and this version 9 is the first one I've had problems with. Thanks, Mick  Quote

Igor Posted July 13, 2017 Report Posted July 13, 2017 Hello Mick, 1. Please download this special test application: http://files.wnsoft.com/test/ComboFont6.zip 2. Unzip this file, and Run ComboFont6.exe file. 3. Click Font List button to show a list of fonts. Let me know if you will see same error message. 4. When you close the test application, it should create a new file fontlog.txt please send it me. It will help me find a reason of this problem. Quote

Mick Posted July 25, 2017 Author Report Posted July 25, 2017 Hi Igor, Please see attached fontlog file retested as requested. There were no error messages. I deleted the file fntcache.dat like Jean suggested and my Font button is working again. I don't understand why and whether the problem will come back. For some reason the fontlog file will not upload to this reply. I've retested three times and each time there is a problem attaching the file here. Regards, Mick Quote

I can see the different fonts when clicking the Font list button 2) Following test 1 I ran PTE 9.10 and the issue appeared when clicking the Font list button Seems your test application not run the same code than PTE 9.10 regarding the font management?
