Assertion Failure [SOLVED]

When I open and close Lin Evans' project "butterly2pte" (here) with PTE 9.0.10, I see the following error message:

I was able to open it, preview it, publish, save it as a new filename, and open again. Everything looks normal on my Windows 10 PC.

I have the same assertion failure when I close the project (only open, preview and close)

I automatically save as a new version when opening an old project so I did not see the assertion failure. I see it now if I don't save the file first. The project was created in 8.013.
