Envelope issue

I have the Deluxe version. Have added a sound-track to a slide show but when I use the Envelope tool to decrease the volume at certain stages (for effect) there's no difference in volume whatsoever. The only point at which it works is right at the end of the track/show. Nothing in the beginning or middle.

Try opening a NEW PROJECT and adding a SINGLE Audio File.

Then try something like that shown in the attached JPEG.

If that works for you then you can go back and try to find out where you have gone wrong. Add your Audio Files one at a time and test each one individually.

I can see at least 4 Audio files in your attachment, two of which might be the same one - one with envelope adjustments and one without.
