installation error

When installing pte the following error appears, I uninstalled the product cleaned the registry, turned off the pc and restarted.
when installing again it continues with the same error

2. Version of Windows.

3. Did you use previous versions of Windows on this computer?

The windows version is 7 professional sp1.
PTE 9.0.13
There was no previous installation, the hard disk had been formatted and a new installation had been made.

I think I just solved the problem, I'm running tests.

I have returned to a previous restore point, that is before installing tap0901.sys.

When starting from the commented point of restoration, I have not had any problem with the installation. I tried to reproduce the error installing tap0901.sys before PTE and it was not possible to reproduce the incident. Sorry
