gdadmd Posted December 27, 2017 Report Posted December 27, 2017 Hello, I made a slideshow for the Advent calendar. It can be downloaded It can be downloaded ( PC Version , MAC Version ). It is made with PTE 9.0.14. For this project I used custom transitions created by Denis (DenisB) that can be found here. We can find these five custom transitions: 01:38 - 01:48 03:27 - 03:31 03:38 - 03:42 03:49 - 03:53 05:05 - 05:13 The PC version of the slideshow has no problem. For some Mac users, on HIGH SIERRA 10.13.2, at the first custom transition (01:38), the screen freeze and the soundtrack continues. Some Mac users must disconnect the mac and reconnect to restart! One Mac user on EL CAPITAN 10.11.6 see all the slideshow without problem. Best regards Gérard Quote

denisb Posted December 28, 2017 Report Posted December 28, 2017 Hi, It's a big bug of the Mac version of the slideshow and it is now in the slideshows and AV show, not in troubleshooting section !!! Why ? I am the author of the custom transition and the fact that there are problems with Mac version should be important, I think, for Wnsoft. Denis Quote
Lin Evans Posted December 28, 2017 Report Posted December 28, 2017 Hi Denis, I moved it from Troubleshooting for the Holidays and will move it back to Troubleshooting after the holiday season. If you go to Troubleshooting, there is the link there so Igor will see it but if it is "only" in troubleshooting, most will not see the Advent show.... Best regards, Lin Quote
Igor Posted December 28, 2017 Report Posted December 28, 2017 Gérard, Denis, We'll check this problem with Mac version tomorrow. Quote
denisb Posted December 28, 2017 Report Posted December 28, 2017 Hi Lin and Igor, Lin, I understand why you moved It. Igor Thanks Denis Quote

Let me know about a result. Quote

Igor Posted January 12, 2018 Report Posted January 12, 2018 You can cure any non-working slideshow for Mac created in PTE 9.0.0 - 9.0.14 if you don't have source project. 1. Create any new slideshow for Mac in PTE 9.0.15. 2. Replace the player in the old non-working slideshow using player from PTE 9.0.15+ A player for Mac is a folder with extension .app MyShow.app - it's a player for Mac MyShow.ptshow - slideshow data (images & music) Don't forget that player folder and slideshow data file should have same name if you replace the player.
