Barry Beckham Posted October 20, 2018 Report Posted October 20, 2018 Since installing Photoshop 2019 I get the attached error message everytime I launch Bridge. Have been onto Photoshop who say that are aware of the bug and their engineers are working on it. An update will be released to fix the bug ASAP. The warning message can be bypassed and Bridge works OK, so if you have this issue, sit tight for a while and it should be fixed in due course Quote
michaelr108 Posted October 21, 2018 Report Posted October 21, 2018 Just a bit of extra information , when you download the new 2019 version of Photoshop it allows you to retain the 2018 version I found this out by clicking the icon on the task bar this gives the 2018 and if I start photoshop up from the cloud icon this gives the new 2019 version . davegee Posted October 21, 2018 Report Posted October 21, 2018 Did you miss the tick box which would have uninstalled the previous version? DG Quote
Barry Beckham Posted October 21, 2018 Author Report Posted October 21, 2018 Done that and reinstalled Bridge. Been onto Adobe Help and it’s known, they are working on it Quote
