lacogada Posted January 22, 2019 Report Posted January 22, 2019 I see there is a way to "create transition" and "create a style" from scratch. If I have a single slide setup with a couple of images, mask, and keyframes ... can I create a transition or style from that slide ... from within the O&A screen ? Quote
Lin Evans Posted January 22, 2019 Report Posted January 22, 2019 No. To create a style you must click on the Slide Style button which is found at the bottom of the Slide List page to the right of Slide Options. You create your slide and do whatever you need to do in the Objects and Animations screen to get the effect or animation you want then once that slide has been created to your satisfaction, close the Objects and Animations screen and click on the Slide Style, then Tools, then Create Style. Be sure to set the proper Main Objects in the Objects and Animations screen Properties Tab. Anything that the user will need to provide is a Main Object and they are numbered consecutively. Objects which are in Objects and Animations which are NOT Main Objects will be created or copied and transferred by the style. Transitions can be created from the Objects and Animations screen by clicking on Slide Options, Manage Transitions, Create transition. Best regards, Lin Quote
wideangle Posted January 22, 2019 Report Posted January 22, 2019 May or may not be obvious, but make sure that the slide or block of slides that you wish to base the Style on, are all highlighted before you click on the Slide Style button! Regards wideangle Quote
