I am using MP4 video files (taken by my Samsung Galaxy S7) in PicturesToExe 9 Deluxe, but even when converted by PicturesToExe, the video clips are slow and jerky.

This is VERY frustrating as I want to make DVDs of a recent holiday.

What do I do?!

If you are using PTE to feature your video clips then the current advice from Igor is to output as HD MP4 Video.

The quality is much better than DVD and most modern TV's and DVD/BR Players will handle the files via USB.I

Try it?
