lacogada Posted May 28, 2019 Report Posted May 28, 2019 My project size is 16:9. I imported a test image of 1920 x 1080. Why / what is that blue section within the 1920 x 1080 image ? Quote
davegee Posted May 28, 2019 Report Posted May 28, 2019 Check your zoom value - it should be 100% / 1920x1080 px. DG Quote
lacogada Posted May 28, 2019 Author Report Posted May 28, 2019 Zoom value is set to 100%. If I change to px, it does show as 1920 x 1080. I'm curious as to what the blue shaded section is for ? Quote
davegee Posted May 28, 2019 Report Posted May 28, 2019 Try it with a different image - a 1920x1080 photograph. Or post the Test Image so that someone can see what you have used and compare results? DG Quote
lacogada Posted May 28, 2019 Author Report Posted May 28, 2019 Thanks Dave ... here's test image. Quote
lacogada Posted May 28, 2019 Author Report Posted May 28, 2019 Still have blue shaded area with photo. Quote
denisb Posted May 29, 2019 Report Posted May 29, 2019 settings>>Preferences>>Editor>>show safe TV zone Quote
wideangle Posted May 29, 2019 Report Posted May 29, 2019 Some TVs, maybe older ones, can chop off the outside edges of your presentation. The shaded area just gives you an indicator of what might disappear. You can cancel it, as Denis indicates. Regards wideangle Quote
lacogada Posted May 29, 2019 Author Report Posted May 29, 2019 deniseb & wideangle ... thank you. Quote
