Key help

I bought the program and was sent a key that must we at least a 100 characters long. I have had trouble with this key. Of course it seems to take forever to get any assistance from the company.

My key is 231 bytes long. What's the problem with your key?

I,m new here too, but I seem to remember that I either copied and pasted the Key from the e-mail and it is now on my desktop. I think I dragged and dropped onto the P2E.

I thought it too long to try and copy,

if it is a *.reg key, you double click it and it should question you when you want to install it to the registry and the answer is yes

if it is a *.txt, change it to *.reg

this assuming it is as Lief said 231 bytes in size and that your letter was from wnsoft

when communictiong make sure you supply them [wnsoft]with all documention between you and them order # etc
