you have to realize if you are in north america there is a big time difference from NA and Russia where Igor and his partners live

As Ken outlined, you might want to give the forum a try on helping. There are many talented people here who have used PTE for many projects over the years. They just might be able to help and possibly respond faster than Igor and his team (not only because of the time difference, but they are also currently creating our latest beta version upgrade - excellent results by the way).
