problem with object editor

Pushu, We now have to go this way - 1,2,3,4, etc in that order

1) Have you got rid of 'Desktop Copy of PTE' - the entire File ?

2) Are there any other Copies of PTE on the PC, except Version 4.3 ?

3) You must make absolutely sure of this before we can proceed -

4) You must make a 'search' for "apr" in the Find/Search facility-

The reason for all this is to "localise" the fault without pre-empting

other things which give the same symptom's. Its important to find

this fault,otherwise you could end up replacing expensive Hardware

which might not need replacement.

Please excuse me for my long absence in this thread.

I think it's a Visual editor's bug and I'll try to solve this problem.

1) First, please open your slide-show, select that necessary slide and try to open Visual editor. Make sure that lock up occurs.

2) Open this project again, click "Save As" and give another .pte project file name.

3) Now delete all slides except of slide where problem occurs.

And remove music files from playlist.

4) Save this project.

5) Make sure with Vis. editor that the problem exists.

6) Please open PTE and open this project again.

7) Save this project as template (press Ctrl+T).

8) Please browse folder where PicturesToExe is installed and find there "Templates" sub-folder. Then find folder "YourTemplate.Pt" where we saved this template.

Pack this folder into ZIP archive and I would very grateful to you if you could send it to me. I just sent you email with my address.

I hope probably send you the fix today-tomorrow, if problem will be easily reproduced.
