Configuring the main screen

In the main screen:

In the slide list:

At the moment I have a list of the title of the slides listed vertically.  I want the list of pictorial slide going vertically (which is seen in all examples).  I cannot find how to change this.  Can anyone advise please?

View Menu - Untick Table View of File/slide List.

I don't understand! Why would you want a slide list to be vertical?

Just check or un-check the 'Table view...' in Settings. If checked you get file names; if un-checked you get images.
