On/Off syncronization of object Zoom.X and Zoom.Y

Hi, when you turn off synchronization in scale (unlocked lock), this happens simultaneously in all layers and key frames. The lock everywhere becomes orange light. (???) Moreover, if you close the presentation and open another, the locks will be open everywhere. The same thing after restarting the program.
I watched it today in PTE 10.0.3

Yes, this lock is a global setting of the program. Not a particular keyframe or object.

There is a simple way to change original proportions of any object when this lock is on. See the attached screenshot below:

I’ve used that shift key method for some time and I find it really good. It’s quick and easy and it’s surprising too how many images can be distorted in this way and show little or no evidence.

I use it more often than many would know.

Thank you Igor, in the documentation on the site I could not find anything about this possibility. A really good way, as I imagine.

Thank you all for letting me learn another trick.  Only one of the borders is moved, as opposed to both when changing the zoom factor in X (or in Y).  Great.
