Paiche59
Hello, It seems that the PTE AV Studio 10 version has a problem with the playback of .wma audio files: no sound. Playback of this file format is not a problem in v9. Pascal.

Igor
Pacal, Send me a coupe of WMA audio files which don't play. I have no problem with my WMA files. P.S. The best audio formats for PTE are MP3 or WAV.

Paiche59
Hi Igor, I get a coupe of WMA audio files with VLC. The orginal audio file has a size of 22 MB The coupe has the same problem. 20 minutes ago, Igor said: P.S. The best audio formats for PTE are MP3 or WAV. Personally, I use mp3 audio files. I have a customer who buys audio tracks on the net in wma format, it is these files that are the problem. Igor
Pascal, Thanks, I see the problem. But I'm not sure that we can easily support this format. It's WMA9 Lossless compression. File size is almost same for uncompressed WAV audio. MPC-HC player couldn't play this audio. Audacity refuses to open this file. PTE 9 freezes when I tried to play it. Paiche59
Thank you Igor for that quick analysis. Strangely, the cut file does not actually work with PT9 (freeze), but the full version of the file works correctly. I will try to convince my client to use mp3 audio files instead. Best regards, Pascal.
