Hello all,

Can someone tell me ( I guess Igor can) is the

Evaluation Copy the Standard PTE or is it the Pro version.

My Trial crashed and now is in the land of the unknown

I would like to rescue it but I'm afraid its gone

I think you have the option when first opening the program of choosing either PTE AV Studio 10 or PTE AV Studio 10 Pro...   

Just delete the original trial and download and install another?

Hi Lowell,

I recommend to uninstall PTE AV Studio, download the latest version 10.0.7: https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/

and then install PTE AV Studio again. The program will be started with all Pro features.

Also I recommend to update drivers for your graphics card, check Windows Update centre, or update drivers manually.

If it doesn't help, browse the main menu > Settings > Preferences. Select System tab. And tick the option "Alternate renderer...". Click OK button and restart PTE AV Studio. It may help.
