A dialogue box asks "to If you want to close or wait for app to open" I close and then have to re-open. It now opens. I have version 10.0.9 build 5. Error message is "Exception EAssertion failed in module P2E at002180B7 Quote

Barbara Ferrity Posted April 21, 2020 Report Posted April 21, 2020 I've got same problem, the programme wouldn't open I just got the blue worm whizzing round, so after several attempts, I uninstalled & reinstalled it, but then it wouldn't accept my licence key, which I copied & pasted in. I tried to email but have received no reply. Help! Quote
