It works for license keys purchased since September of 2011. Type your email address associated with your order. Ralph Bristol Posted July 11, 2020 Report Posted July 11, 2020 I have used this facility twice in the last 2 days, on neither occasion did I receive an email with the key. I checked spam/junk and it was not there either. I then posted a message in the contact details (twice) and have had no contact from that either. I would very much like to have the key as I am trying to install on a new desktop. Thanks in anticipation Quote

barneyahern Posted June 25, 2021 Report Posted June 25, 2021 I have tried to retrieve my license key three times over the past couple of weeks using the auto-retrieval tool. It recognizes my email because if I type a different email it does not say it sends me a message. I check junk and regular email and no message. I have submitted three messages also and no response. Can someone please help me? Quote
