Exe to movie file

I have some exe movie files created on an older version of p2e, is it possible to convert them to either Avi or mpg files

Digital images and computer long gone, (approximately 10 years ago)

I tried a program called exe2avi, but had no success

If you have a computer with Geforce graphics (Geforce 1050, 1060, 1070, 1080, 1650, 1660, 2060, 2070, 2080), you may use Geforce Experience software for screen recording. It works in realtime with encoding to 1080 60p.
