I don't seem to be able to get the time line with blue dots to come up.  I have paid for the upgrade to no avail

any advice would b welcome.

Go to Settings / Preferences / Main.

Is the Pro Version Ticked?

Toggle the ENVELOPE Symbol in the Timeline.

Try the ONLINE HELP.

Thank you for reply, however I fail miserably to get past the section seeking 'preferences / comparisons etc. and do not get to the Main!

I have recently contacted 'online help' on a number of occasions but have not ever had a reply!

I am clearly failing in some way....

If your Main looks like this i.e. Pro is selected, then click OK and, in the Timeline, you should see this:

Thank you very much, I don't quite know what has happened but I now have the line/blue dots!!!  

I will be able to make adjustments to sound stuff.

Ah I know what I did - clicked the double arrow which you had indicated!! all this rain is getting to me.

Have a good day - I am off to Cullen (east Coast town ) to see if I can get any new images.. Most of my images recently have been of gardens as I walk about trying to keep sane!
