If you have used a Mac you probably have tried Quick Look. This is a Windows version. Select item in File Explorer and press the space bar to view and enter to open the file an editor. It supports many media types (images, sound, video, pdf) including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. 

It can be installed from this website or Microsoft Store.
