Shakes Posted April 25, 2021 Report Posted April 25, 2021 I saw an ad for PTE AV Studio 10 and after a brief search found I had paid for and downloaded it lst year but forgotten all about it. So, ran the installation file. All went well. As soon as I launched it, it came up with files I had been using in ProShow and almost immediately indicated there was a problem and went off to tell Microsoft about it. :-) I'm using WIN10. I don't know if that is significant .... I'm at a loss as to what to try. Paul T. Quote

I presume that's because I am now using WIN 10. Quote
Igor Posted April 25, 2021 Report Posted April 25, 2021 Hi Paul, I recommend to download and install the latest free update 10.5.1: https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/ Perform a new installation and skip import of settings from old versions of PicturesToExe. If that problem still occur, tell me about a configuration of your computer - CPU and graphics card. Update drivers for your graphics card, manually or through the Windows Update. Old version 8.0 is compatible with Windows 10. Quote
