Renaming a transition category

Is it possible to rename a Transition Category in PTE AV Studio?

Hi Rosemary,

You can change a category for a certain custom transition. Select a transition, in the popup menu choose "Change Transition Settings". Then rename a category name and click the OK button.

You need to repeat this action for all transitions in the same original category to move them all to a new category.

P.S. We'll add a new Rename Category command to simplify this task in future version 11.0.

Thank you Igor. I had tried to rename one of our Russian friend's transition categorys but failed. (My Russian is non existent!) As there are a lot of transitions in the category, I shall await version 11.0.

Rosemary, if you want to send me styles or transitions, I will rename them to English, and then you will correct for yourself.

Thank you VBL2007 This is most generous of you.

The transitions are free ones offered by Bad Dancer and I just wanted to rename the category from its Russian name to "Bad Dancer's  Brush Transitions". The individual transitions are pretty obvious ie Brush numbers.

We added Rename Category command in future version 11.0
