I have PUBLISHED a simple show from of a jpeg image and 3 short videos in MOV to MP4. Audio works fine prior to publishing but not in MP4. I am working in Windows 10 and have the latest version of AV PTE 10.0.14. Any suggestions?

Hi Igor, I downloaded the latest version which did not help. In fact, now I cannot even get any audio within the AV PTE program.

Does this problem with a sound of a video clips, or sound of audio files (MP4, WAV, OGG, WMA, M4A) ?

Can you create a test simple project with several images and add one MP3 audio file. Will it work correctly?

If the problem occurs with a certain video or audio file, can you send us this file? If yes, please upload the file to WeTransfer.com or Google Drive and send me a download link (in your reply, or in a personal message).

Hi Igor, I have established the problem which is with the computer's hardware. The MP4 file works okay on my other computer. Sorry for troubling you.
