Using Buttons [SOLVED]

When trying to use buttons to create menus to run other files, the drop down selection of files in the folder I select is greyed out.  I have the PTE in the same folder as other files I want to select.  I am using PTE Studio 10 Pro on a Mac mini with the M1 chip and Big Sur.

Hi Dave,

If you use "Run Slideshow" command you need to select a show in .pteav format. Create shows in this format in the Publish menu > Show for Mac.

To choose a file with a show, click on a small triangle button below "Run Slideshow" box.

If you choose "Run Application or Open File", you can choose any file. But we don't recommend this variant for Mac. Use the first option described above.
