Mac Sound problem [SOLVED]

The software works perfectly well on the mac, the exe file produced plays fine on the mac exe player but played on windows 10 it removes the voice over. The voiceover was edited in audacity.

Hi,

Make sure that you use the latest official version 10.5.5.

Try to re-create this problem in a small test project - several images and this audio file. Then please send us this project - all files in a ZIP archive. Use a command Create backup in a ZIP from the main menu > File menu. Upload to iCloud, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.com and send me a download link here or in a personal message.

Just purchased 10.5 pro for the mac several months ago and says it is a free upgrade, but now it wants me to pay again for the upgrade ?

Hi,

Do the following:

1. Download the Mac version from WnSoft website: https://www.wnsoft.com/en/pte-av-studio/download/

2. Run PTE AV Studio. 

3. Enter your licence key which you received after purchase. Check your email box. If you cannot find it, let me know.

Thanks for the link this has helped a lot,  quite a poor update procedure having to find original activation key, should be more automatic.

Finding it impossible to get down to the 7.81mb even with 1 slide and a small amount of adio it is 21mb

The player itself has about 14 MB (Windows version).
