Hi Barry

I think that these 5 Min Fixes are a great idea.

They are perfect as tasters for people who are just finding their feet with the PT AV Studio software, but also offer ideas for those who want to try something a bit different.

The fact that they are short, and just focus on one aspect, should make them popular.

I have more on YouTube and my site, but I only posted the PTE ones here, that’s why you may notice some gaps in the numbers. I’ve discovered that they are actually quite tricky to make and keep short, with PTE ones being the hardest.

I had a hunch, the short sharp videos may be popular, so thanks for the encouragement

Hi Barry,

Another option for arrows is a font like this example. It is a vector format that can be enlarged without pixelation.  The font does not have to be installed on a PC that is just viewing the slideshow. There are so many different methods to do things in PTE.

We added vector icons (scalable) for future version 11.0:

They're based on Webdings and Wingdings fonts which are installed on any PC or Mac by default.

Bravo for the 5 minute fixes.  Great for review and picking up some new pointers. As for arrows, Google png arrows, stars, or whatever and a load of free available images will appear.
