Have you tried using a different MP3 file? Does this only happen after you add the MP3 file? Try creating a new slideshow with only a few slides and see if it works. If it does, then add the music file and see if the problem occurs then. Again, try a different MP3 file to make sure the one you are trying isn't corrupt.

If none of the above works, please provide some additional information about your computer setup and how your slideshow is setup too.
