Exporting a Theme [SOLVED]

Using Version 10.5.7 and I cannot export a Theme. It appears to go through the motions but the .ptetheme file does not appear.

Tried different locations, full reboot.

Any ideas Pls

Just tried editing the Theme and that does not work either

Version 10.5.8 beta doesn't work either

Just Installed Beta 3 and now all seems OK
