joejoepics Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Nikonview came withe free slideshow software that showed multiple pics (2-12) to be shown at once. A couple of screen shots of the screen display can be found here (just screen grabs): http://joe-pics.smugmug.com/gallery/419051/1/16834766 http://joe-pics.smugmug.com/gallery/419051It does not have an EXE function.I have Wnsoft and it does not seem to provide for multiple pics. Can it be done? Is there any slidesoftware that does give an exe function like this? Quote
mhwarner Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 You can do it with P2E, but you would need to do all of the prep work yourself in something like Photoshop CS or Elements or any software which supports layers. Create a canvas the size you want to use for your slideshow with the color background you desire. Then paste each of the pictures you want to use onto separate layers on the canvas, resizing as appropriate. Once you have the arrangement you want, hide all of the layers but the first picture. Save that version to a .jpg. Unhide the next picture/layer, save it, etc. etc. Then load each one of these .jpgs into P2E and set the transitions as you wish. It's definitely not automatic, but it will provide the effect you want, and probably with a lot more control than something which does it automatically.Hope this helps. Quote
