boydoc Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 My first post- I have just put together 3 slide shows of a recent trip to S America. Also accidently erased 2 of them(they disappeared with no warning when I pushed the wrong button). Is there some way to recover them?? boxig Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 I think 3 megs per photo is a bit too much. The fact is that if your shows will be only displayed on screen without any printing purpose, I assume 150 kb is enough, since our best eye can not see the difference. That means you can put 20 images instead of one. There are many program which reduce size but remember always to keep your originals, better as BMP before you convert them to JPG.
