I have no trouble preparing both CD and DVD discs to play slide show and music on my computer BUT I am unable to get them to play through either mt DVD player (+ and -) or MY DVD recorder (+ and -) both of which are linked to my TV.

Any advise on how do achieve this would be MOST welcome

Welcome to the forum. Other than PTE, what software are you using to create the DVD files? Have you checked the "How to make a Video" forum for any information. There is a link on how to do this. There are also tutorials available for download here, if you do a search you should find them quickly. The search and the other forum's download lists are located at the bottom of the main screen.
