Double-clicking from menu

I can't remember if it was ever satisfactorily resolved - about the dangers of double-clicking on a P2E menu and starting several shows off with a resulting 'double' soundtrack etc.

Can anyone put me right on this?

Have a look at this site and you will find a simple utility that will prevent a 'double click' from starting up 2 separate .exe files. It works a treat!

Concerning the use of the utility; I have found that the renamed utility's namemust match the Caption of the window.

However I am confused about how to make this work with more than one menu title at a time. The included instructions read

Second use - Two presentations

"If you make a presentation = A with a link button to another presentation = B, do the same like above, but this time with the second presentation. At the button give order to run "DontRunTwice.exe" and not your second presentation.

How can I have two "presentation.exe"'s in the same folder?!

Perhaps a 2nd folder?

Any help would be appreciated!
