Help! Can't register software

I purchased the software and received the email with the registration key. However, my problem begins when I go to the Help/Registration section. I have nowhere to go from there. If I click on "Register On-Line" nothing happens.

Is there a separate address I can go to register so that I don't have to depend on a non-working link?

I want to use my software!!!!

Lisa,

If you already have your registration key, you don't need to register again. Just double-click on the "key" file name in "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer". This will add the appropriate code to the register of your pc.

Thanks so much for the reply. I just noticed that my problem was I purchased the "4.0" version and after receiving the e-mail, I downloaded the 4.2 version. When I went to register it wouldn't give me the option because of the level that I originally purchased. I needed to go sign up for the 4.0 level and then upgrade at a later time. DETAILS! They mess me up all the time! Hee
